To preserve community safety, all members are required to complete phone number verification before confirming seats at open dining tables. Impersonation, automated bot registration, and fraudulent credentials result in immediate permanent expulsion.

When reserving seats or hosting group dining meetups through our service:

We enforce a zero-tolerance policy against:

• • Harassment, hate speech, or unsolicited physical contact at dining tables
• • Commercial solicitation, multi-level marketing pitches, or financial fraud
• • Non-consensual photography or recording of table companions
• • Repeated no-shows or refusal to pay one's pre-agreed share of the bill

5. Bill Splitting & Financial Transactions

SocialDine provides automated bill-split calculations and pre-agreed payment expectations. Each attendee is personally responsible for settling their own ordered dishes and beverages with the venue. SocialDine is not liable for individual diner unpaid balances.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

While SocialDine implements identity verification and automated AI moderation, diners meet in real-world public venues voluntarily. SocialDine is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach our community standards or generate authenticated negative safety reports from verified dining attendees.
